Crashes

The app crashes every time I open it and I had just purchased it as well. My son loved the app before now we can’t use it.

I would like to make a report that the app crashes after it says “welcome to solar system scope” or whatever.. Please fix crashing issues, overall this app is good.

But, now the app will not open on iPad or iPhone. Tried turning off devices completely and restarting. Nothing works. It crashes.

The app only opens for a few seconds to say “Welcome to the solar system” then crashes. Happened multiple times...

This freaking app is the best I love it and it’s sooooooo cool the only thing I feel like they should add is exoplanets that’s all I’m asking like it will crash on me every once and a while but it is 100% worth it ? and I just hope that they add exoplanets see I got this app before the Milky Way stars came to the app and now they just need to add exoplanets to those poor lonely stars and it would just be amazing if they did all that I’m asking is make it true

I just got my school iPad today (it’s brand new), and it had this app! I decided to download it on my home iPad too. But this app had a bug: When you timeskip to year 0001, it kicks you out of the app. I also have some suggestions! 1. Make it to where you can zoom into planets and see what it looks like in space from there 2. Make it so that Earth doesn’t have the lights on at night before year 1879 (since they weren’t there before 1879) 3. Make it to where you can zoom farther than the milky way so people can see other galaxies, stars, nebulas, ect. Aside from the bug, the app is SUPER cool! I really like to study space. Keep up the good work!

Crashes on start up on all apple devices
