This is an application that helps your child learn the basic math facts tables for each operation (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) for numbers between 1 to 12 . The game is simple, utilizing touch screen operations, colorful, and comical graphics to persuade your child to play and learn. Games begin by selecting one of the game modes. Once a game mode has been selected, the user can select the level, the operation, and the character they want to play with.

In Flash Card mode, the user can see the problem and answer. If quiz mode is on, the user will not see the answer until they tap on the “show answer” button. The user can see the next problem on the list by tapping on the "next" button.

In Multiple Choice mode, the user has to select one of the four displayed answers that show the answer to the problem shown. Each time the user selects the correct answer, a new body part will be added to the character outline. If the user selects the wrong answer three times, the game will end. If the user selects the wrong answer, the problem will automatically be added to the Tricky Problems level which is available through the Custom Level selection screen. The problem will be removed from the Tricky Problems level once the user answers it correctly over 3 trials. After successfully completing a game the next level will be unlocked. A trophy will be awarded when the user completes each level for the first time without error, these trophies are in black and white.

In Fill In mode, the user has to enter the answer to the problem by using the keyboard. The game will end after three incorrect answers. When the problem is answered incorrectly, it will automatically be added to the Tricky Problems level which is available through the Custom Level selection screen. The problem will be removed from the Tricky Problems level once the user answers it correctly over 3 trials. Once the game is completed successfully the next available level will be unlocked. A trophy will be awarded when the user completes each level for the first time without error, these trophies are in full color.

Practicing math facts is no longer boring
Mishcast

This app really helps my kids to practice their math facts. They enjoy unlocking the levels and earning trophies while I like it because I can track their progress and see which problems they're having difficulty with. The custom level is great because I can specify which numbers and operations I want them to work on. Multiple user profiles allow me to keep track of each of my kids individually

Great app to practice math facts!
Jenny+Mary

Great replacement for physical flash cards that my kids can use to practice their math facts. Its soo much easier to get my kids to do their math facts practice using this app. The custom mode allows me to select specific number(s) and or operation(s) that I want them to work on. Multiple profiles allow me to keep track each of my kids progress separately. The characters in the app are cute. Highly recommended

Visual Concern

I think the games are good and kids would love changing between the characters. However, I had reservations on the Fill-In game when I played as Sophia. In this game the image of your character is outlined and pieces are filled in as you get the answers correct. Sophia gets undies and an undershirt which are the last items to be covered with her real clothes. I realize the other characters are a monkey, dinosaur and robot, but I'm not sure a little girl in her underwear would bode well with the parents of my students. This is something other educators should consider before purchasing the app.

Math Fact Practice
Mmarker

Typical fact practice for ages 5 on up. Add users, see progress, tracks facts students are having the most difficult time with. Three game modes - Flashcards, Multiple Choice, and Fill In the answer. Can Customize Level and use those "Tricky Problems" for extra practice. As an educator I'm not convinced that facts are best learned through simple Flashcards type practice as this game presents. However, this app does offer some motivation to get answers correct.

Good app for elementary school use

The features I like are the ability to add multiple users and the 'custom level' which stores the problems the kids have missed. Calling it Custom instead of Missed questions helps with student self image. Good for basic review or remediation.
