Extremely buggy

App freezes like crazy, and occasionally won’t even let me log in. Don’t waste your time
Face ID not supported

App needs to be updated to support Face ID. The login has a switch/button for “Touch ID” but when turned on for the newer iPhones that use Face ID it crashes. :(

It’s really confusing just trying to pay a bill I don’t recommend this for paying gas bill plus playing the bill pay phone is complicated too
Needs Online Usage to be Relevant

Ok so even my Glendale Water and Power app gives me online usage information and projected costs for water and electricity. Why can’t SoCalGas for my gas usage? It would makes this worthless app useful. Come on SCG your bigger than GWP. Figure it out. You already have electronic meters. Use them to help us budget.

This is not an app, it’s a webpage shortcut with black bars and lower resolution! Hire the people that developed the lemonade app! Fully automate customer service and payment. Those New Yorkers are geniuses.

Log on and password work. App shuts down when I click pay bill. Please fix this.

This app is so outdated. I am also unable to login to my account through the app, a message always pops telling me my account is unavailable. Even on my laptop its unavailable, I always end up making a phone call to pay my bill which is also VERY inconvenient.
