Needs updates

All this app does is take you to the website. Until they come up with an update that can at least remember your log in, it is pretty useless.

This app comes in handy for paying my bill. I often pay for things on my phone since it's easier. I wish I could find information regarding finding a job at the company. The how to videos are a good addition too.
No point of having this app

What's the point of having this app if it doesn't work? Also, for such a huge company not being able to accept payments by credit cards from My Account - previous century..

I am having trouble paying my bill using the app OR the website. Other ways to pay should be available through the app, but since the app does not have the option to pay with a DEBIT CARD I have to view the website version to complete this. Now, when I try to pay my bill I submit all my card info then I press the review button to submit payment it takes me back to square one and I have to re-enter the card information again without no receipt or confirmation number to see if the payment was or is being processed. This app really is a waste of my time. I will be deleting it until they add this feature and until they fix the problem THEN I will download it and give it 5 stars.
New update still not keeping login info

I keep having to re-enter my credentials even though I opted to remember them. Who's building this app anyway? You need to get your money back. Use a browser instead. It'll at least save your login information. I recommend saving the 3mb this app takes for a useless MP3 you never even listen to.

I was so happy to see that SoCalGas was offering a convenient mobile app to monitor activity and pay bills on the go. However, I can't even log in with the correct credentials. I have to use my desktop because the app fails to recognize my log in information and even using the "full site" feature doesn't allow me to enter my full password due to a glitch on the app's end. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

I unfortunately are one of the people having trouble with this app . Everything was going well but my user name was taken and when I went to fix it I must of hit something in error ( there is a delay when you select something and I think I must have tapped too many times ) and now we are stuck at it does not recognize my email , password , and I cannot fix my user name lol there is always the chance that it is me and my low tech abilities but I don't think so in this case
