It was great at first but now wont load or crashes constantly. I tried deleting/reinstalling, Nothing!

Downloaded this app last week. Put in my desired amounts 2 or 3 different times and was happy to think I finally had a good tool to use. Now the app won't even open up for me to start using! What's up with that?!! Please fix whatever bug needs to be fixed! Glad I didn't waste money on the 'pro' version. I guess it's true what they say: you get what you paid for. I paid nothing and I'm getting nothing!!!

I used this app for my soap business and was only able to use it for one recipe. It crashed after that and won't reopen.

I've been using this app for about a year. It WAS great but now it crashes before you can even start my calculations! Can whom ever reads the ratings for the apps relay the message to FIX this beautiful app. I need you so I can continue to make awesome soap!....And if this app has seen its best days, thank you for you great service in the past.
