Worthless since it doesn't open

I was really disappointed when I downloaded this app and it shows you the 'opening page' but doesn't go past that, unless you include closing itself down.
Won't open!

iPhone 4S, app used to work, now it opens to the main screen, with the wood colored background, but will not go past that screen, then in about 5-10 seconds, it crashes.
Doesn't work if "online"

This app worked fine up until a few days ago. Now, I have to go off-line in order for the app to work. In other words, I have to put my phone in airplane mode, or turn my Wi-Fi off on my iPad.

I own my own soap making business and this app has been a huge help... But the last few days it won't even open. Fix the glitch please. :)
