Nice amazing game with fantastic guns

I have been playing this game for years. It’s fun game and addictive for daily challenges. But the team behind the game or custom care is very poor. Every time they update new version, there is glitches here or there making the game not work on my iPad until a new patch published weeks later. I play this game every day and accumulate good amounts of gem/gold/cash. I always play respectfully. I never use any cheats or other tools. Today, when I open the game, it showed I was banned for improper behavior or try to change the game. No explanation about what or when or how exact I did wrong. I don’t know how the game team draws the conclusion. But definitely they have been imprudent. If they think something I did wrong, i don’t care they publish it to educate others.

The game is a lot of fun but now I can’t upgrade my troops with gold, can’t get past the 1 chapter of Mogadishu without it shutting the game down, I have boost that disappear and reappear even though I’m not using them.

Please help the weapons download in R13 Tokyo is stuck. It gets to 65% and starts over and over. It’s been this way for day now.

I’m at level 49 at R13- Tokyo, I’ve been trying to download this for 12 hrs. Every time I hit 65% it goes back to zero. Apple says it’s the game problem not mine. I have no way to contact support. I love the game. Can anyone tell me if they’ve had this problem.

Desert Heat weapon loses power overnight!!!

Why do I LOSE power on a weapon I won and fully upgraded? Yesterday my Desert Heat had 102M today down to 63. This is crap and you know it. First I can lose gold while I am playing a different area of the game and now someone decides to reduce the power of one of my weapons without so much as an explanation. I hope new players see some of these comments and play a different game, it would serve you right!

As of 3/25/20 game has been crashing without saving my progress so I’m having to redo my progress. If you try looking for help thru the help center there is no way to contact support, all it gives you is known issues. Otherwise when it works right it is a great game but customer service is non existent
