Work so hard to get my level higher and now game won’t load after it updated....what’s going on??

Game immediately crashes after opening. Have yet to even get to the menus. iPhone 7 Plus, most recent IOS version. Any help?

Can someone please reply to the questions in the Gameloft Forum? Since the update I can not load game. Crashes 1-2 seconds into loading.

Tried to log into the game this week on multiple platforms and a new “20th” logo pops up and then crashes. Again and Again. Deleted it at that point. Fine with me guys, if you want me to quit your game just make it crash every time I want to play it.
Received the latest update now game cannot start

Dies within a second of starting. Who knows when this will be fixed. You would think they would have at least tested it on the latest release of iOS and newer ipad models. 2 days later just received an update. Now dies 2 seconds of starting. Getting better but still worthless...

I have enjoyed this game over 2 years time now however after the last week to 10 days I have had ads that pop up just as I am about to collect gold rubies gun parts etc. first it was just one particular ad. Now it happens so often I have considered putting down this game permanently.There a no way to X out the ads not the ones you watch for more objects just a the adds on but the ones that pop up during game play and collections. I have been thrown out of several PVP I was about to attack because I could see it was at minimum an equal match. I don’t mind ads. I mind the ones that so completely stops my game play and I am very tired of loosing consumables gunparts rubies and especially gold from a chosen pvp. I would hope this could be fixed as it has turned my game into a crap shoot whether I am gonna have to restart again and loose what I had just collected won or was about to or in the middle of play for. Hope ing it’s fixable ASAP. I really don’t want to have to learn all the nuances of an entirely new game after all th is time . I would have given 5 starts but this is a problem not getting fixed and we have notified the developer 2x now..... I came to let developer know that for 2nd week row when I play head shot for dice I can complete and win any amount of games in that part of the game and I NEVER get any info that says I have not made one kill completion. Head count area But now I realize the first one may have not gotten listened so I am gonna put this back out help out here guys I loved your game for over 2 years I really don’t wanna have to lean a new one because you are really tying the hands of they player

I read some of these reviews and it utterly disgusted me that a company can get away with banning people while not giving them a reason for their ban even after that individual spent a ton of real life money on the game to basically get scammazed and the company to say pretty much welp too bad hahahaha while rolling in their money. Let me thank the previous reviewers for their insight. I will never play nor discuss a game as disresptfully selfish as this one. My prayers go out to the people who had it the worst on this app. May the company one day reconsider their approach to better customer service. Simply astounding.
