Doesn’t work, no way to claim credit

I ordered more than $125 for a gathering and couldn’t get the app to work to claim purchase credit or to order in advance. I finally just placed the order in person and the store did a great job helping me. Unfortunately, though, there’s no way to be credited after checkout and no way to contact the developer. It’s so frustrating to join a loyalty program that then doesn’t reward its loyal customers.
Crashes more than a go cart

It crashes too frequently to even be usable. I can’t even get to the menu. Apps this buggy hurt more than they help since now I’m turning to Postmates for lunch.
Why app at all?

Seems odd to have such a useless app. C’mon Snarf’s, get it together or go all-in analog.
