Doesn’t work, no way to claim credit – Snarf's Review

I ordered more than $125 for a gathering and couldn’t get the app to work to claim purchase credit or to order in advance. I finally just placed the order in person and the store did a great job helping me. Unfortunately, though, there’s no way to be credited after checkout and no way to contact the developer. It’s so frustrating to join a loyalty program that then doesn’t reward its loyal customers.
