What’s going on

I’ve played this for years I got a new phone and nothing transferred when I reinstalled. Now I’ve lost all the money I’ve spent getting smurfberries. And the extra cash items I’ve bought. I restarted and now I’m at level 29 but it still won’t let me access the mountain swoof planet or grove?

Have had years of fun with this game. Despite losing well advanced village, I started over because I enjoyed the first go round and look forward to the new additions such as the grove and the planet. Fun stuff... should advertise on a podcast from time to time...”Your Mom’s House listener would enjoy this sort of game.

I’ve been this game for years and it never gets old even after it was bought by a different company. There are amazing updates, and the games runs smooth you won’t regret downloading it an giving it a try.
Money issues

it shows you buy items and you don’t do your coins go and it’s hard to bring it back up. It bought 4 snails when I only bought one so half of my money was gone. When you leave a report they don’t help or give you something in return.
Tunnel can’t cross river and Past items salvation

The tunnel in the main village is labeled as they are able to cross the river, but In fact it cannot, please fix it. Some items used to be in the mage game master box, but not available now, can you bring them back? Or allow friends to send them to me? Thanks!

Great update but how the heck is anyone gonna for a roller coaster in there village. Need more space. And please please please fix my island storage!!

This game is sweet and fun however with changes in developers, They completely lost my original game which resulted in losing a great deal of money so I no longer invest in it as much at all. Sometimes, videos for Smurfberries will not display/work properly. It can be a great game if the developers would be more generous. Smurfberries should be available through exchange of coin accumulated in the game and items for purchase should only be for special optional items at a deeply discounted rate. Smurf Wonders are far too difficult to get because they require so MUCH resources. Game Master’s Mystery Boxes are very redundant, giving too many identical items with rarely anything worthwhile. Step up developers and use your time to improve customer relations! I LIKE Smurfs Village. Help your customers LOVE the game. Many people are without jobs due to the pandemic and would rather buy groceries rather than spend $$$$ on something that is non-tangible. Thanks for continuing to improve the game.
