I bought a bundle and you charged me twice and I didn’t receive my coins. I can’t find a place to contact support. Kinda mad, I want my coins or my money back.

However, it has some issues that freeze the screen after watch ads to get coins. They updated the app, but the screen freezes after watch ads for coins, and I don’t get any coins. It is just free ads for you. Also, I can’t see both side of bubbles. My phone is iPhone 12 pro max. Is this part of the game???
So cute but not worth the headaches

Log in with Facebook to save progress, but played the game and when I went to get a chest reward from the event I had completed, the game froze. Couldn’t do anything. Deleted and reinstalled game app, and there was no saved progress. Lost everything, even the extra cherries I bought. Had to start all over and because I love the Smurfs so much, I was willing to start over and forgive the loss of money. Got past level 50 and at the end of a level it froze again, NOT DOING THIS AGAIN. Went to get help and there was no help. No support. Really sucked. For a backer like Sony to have such a crappy game just mad me sad. Don’t bother and that’s coming from a Smurfs fan. ?

Playing for years but the latest update stopped me from obtaining free coins and getting boosters. :(

I loved this game and played it every day. The new updated screwed me out of every booster. I haven’t been able to watch a video since. I’m too afraid to delete and re download bc im on level 500 something.
