I have a question. I love to play this game and I connect this game with my Facebook. But everytimes, I loading then I have to start at beginning and I lost all my level . What is happening? Why is happening like that.
None of the villages are displaying anymore

I have had and played this for over a year. Suddenly 3 or 4 days ago it said update needed but when I selected update nothing happened and now none of the villages I have are displaying. I am on level 727 so I had quiet a few but can’t see them now nor can I collect the daily coins.....I have no idea what happened but I’m disappointed.

I like the game, it keeps me entertained when I’m bored and I love the smurfs. 1 problem I have is that one of the papas quests says to buy a red umbrella and there is no red umbrella to buy. Lots of other colors but not a red one. I like the quests but that one can not be done.
Correct level.. help

I had this game since few years now.. I just delete and downloaded again because it was having error.. but now it brought me to first level.. I signed in and still the same..how can I be in the right level I was ????

I have tried repeatedly to get this game to work. It worked for awhile, then quit working. Support button won’t work-nothing. Can’t get help, can’t purchase as every button doesn’t work. So if I delete it and try to load again I will lose my progress. Frustrated as it is/was a fun game. Too bad.
Careful when you buy coins and have to reinstall game

I have never given a review on any game but for this I wanted to give a heads out to be careful. I’ve been playing this game for a long time and never had problems but recently I did. First, I decided to buy some coins which I did once before, well after I confirmed that I wanted to buy instead of saying OK I got a PURCHASE FAILED, then when I went to pay my bill I noticed that it had a pending charge for the coins I was buying but never received, figured since it said pending it would come off, well I checked a couple of days later and I was charged. I did a dispute with my credit union comment but still got charged. Next I had to reinstall the game and when you sign in with Facebook it saves where you left off, well I got screwed on that, instead of going to the level I left off at which was level 1758, it put me at level 1 as if this was the first game playing, it also didn’t get back the almost 400,000 what they call Smurfberries, where you use for each village to buy, well I didn’t get those, and once you complete a village you collect the coins from the Smurf’s in the village. SORRY for this long review but this is the last an important , just about games has a help center where you can send a message if have a problem, well when you hit the help button it goes to a page that says HELP CENTER NOT ENABLED. Sorry again for being too long but want anyone else getting screwed over. Jazzee Travel

I made an app purchase and the money was taken from acc. But did not receive the coins and extras that I paid for. Please fix or refund money
Keeps freezing up

You guys need to fix these bugs in the game because the game keep freezing right after I watched a video for free coins or sometime the game goes dim & freeze right there. Everytime I have to keep ending the game & restart it.
