The only thing missing

The only thing missing is the ability to tag and write descriptions on photos in the albums

For the last few months this app has been getting worse and worse. At first I would have to restart the app once in awhile and re-upload my pics. Now it’s at the point where it is freezing constantly and it takes me hours just to upload a few pics. When are you going to fix this problem?!

This platform has been a reliable tool for me over many, many years. I really like being able to take a picture from my smartphone and upload it to my SmugMug library. I’m able to store favorite pictures very quickly!

Smugmug is by far the best and simplest photo storage there is. There’s only one slight issue. On the app you can’t select cover photos for your folders/galleries. It does it at random. You have to go online on a desktop to select a cover photo. If they fixed this it would be perfect. The rest is grand!
Still not supporting many hand gestures.

Cant believe it still cant double clicking to zoom in and out of the photos or swipe up to exit or go back. That’s the first thing i noticed after download. I mean flickr app can do that for many years already. Plz add that function asap. Thanks
Not enough customization

Should have more options in the customize category. ie: I would like to be able to make a menu tab that displays upcoming event and to allow my clients to submit a request for booking photo shoots.
Videos not playing

**Updated** I emailed customer service and they immediately responded and helped me figure out what the issue was. Now my videos are playing again. Back to 5 stars. I love this app for photos but it won’t ever play uploaded videos. When trying to play them from the app, nothing happens and when logging into the website via Internet browser I get an error saying that the page is not found when trying to play an uploaded video. If I can’t play videos, I’ll have to be looking at different options.
