The app and site are fast. Support is swift and helpful. I can upload an unlimited number of photos and my website through Smugmug looks nice.

The old smugmug app was very basic, necessitating you having to use another app. Since they upgraded and rewrote it, it looks amazing and functions perfectly. Well done! If you could update it so it uploads photos/videos at full resolution, you get 5 stars!

Seems like a cool app, but missing features on the website and it's unclear how to refresh. Some galleries were missing till I logged back in.
Easy to use, backs up everything pic, and very cheap.
The FireSeeker
Been a user for over an year, received recommendations from a friend who has been in photography for the past 40 years, told me this was the only program that he used. I am blown away by how much content I can upload with no limits except on videos. I wished I could upload larger videos but understand the reason to limit. Very easy to use and works efficiently across all devices from Windows to MACs. Thank you SmugMug.
