Couldn’t get it to work

After trying to get this to work for hours I gave up. I had to make 47 screen shots of my sms screens. I would have paid 10x your asking price to have made this easier. There has to be an easier way than trying to back up the data to my laptop then running an app on my laptop. I’m requesting a refund.
Some features wish it could do

I downloaded the app to be able to print and keep a copy of conversations thru text. The only thing I do not like about this app is it does not download images sent thru the text like photos attached to the text message.

Works perfectly, extremely easy to use, and you can download messages for any contact as an excel or text file You do need a computer, iTunes, and the program from their website as well

Something wrong with app. Downloaded it and went though the process, but asked for a key, which mistakenly didn’t produce and Help button doesn’t work.
A bit confusing to install. But does the job.

It took me quite some stressful moments to install it on my MacBook Pro. But once I figured it out, the software did what I needed. So I’m satisfied in the end.

I did everything followed the directions to a T like 5 times. It never would show my texts on the program on the computer. It really screwed me over I was depending on this for turning text conversations into the court and what do ya know last minute after this crap program did absolutely NOTHING! I had to download and buy a $50 program on the computer that actually did work!!
works great and easy to use

Needed it for a legal action and could download and print a text communcation of several weeks to use it at a court hearing. Super tool !
