Couldn’t get it to work – SMS Export Review

After trying to get this to work for hours I gave up. I had to make 47 screen shots of my sms screens. I would have paid 10x your asking price to have made this easier. There has to be an easier way than trying to back up the data to my laptop then running an app on my laptop. I’m requesting a refund.
