Great App, Poor Execution

Really great concept, being able to skip right to messaging rather than have to deal with swipes and likes is refreshing and really helps me connect with more people. Unfortunately, I keep getting shown people who live 3 states away with no apparent filters I can use to meet people in my immediate area, and for this reason this app has pretty much failed for me. Nothing like hitting it off good with someone only to find out they live in Nebraska. Responding to the Developer response, I live 30 miles outside one of your listed cities, but yet I’m the in the “Explore” bucket? That’s stupid design if you ask me.

Most of the people I’ve met on here have been legitimately crazy. And I don’t mean like the kind that maybe means/leads to good sex I mean as in they have mental disorders and key your car when you are honest with them. Aside from the quality of the people on here the quality of the app has slowly sorta gone to crap and like almost all other apps has headed down the same path of slowly offering less features unless you pay some exorbitant amount of money. But hey developers this one’s for you, as a engineering app developer myself your can’t and shouldn’t start making people pay until your app offers something so good people can’t help but be enticed to pay for even more. I tried premium and that’s where I found some of the worse dates of my life. And this app simply doesn’t offer enough or a legitimate reason to pay money for more.

I found 2 matches within 2 weeks of being on the app and I'm kind of dating both guys. I just felt from the very start more secure and safe on the app. I like that people are verified and that all profiles have behavior scores so we can see what other people think of us.

Great update from S'More- they just added new profiles and you can actually hear the profile music right away and it gives you a good sense of who that person is… big different between a Celin Dion person and a Beastie Boys person-- I'm down for this.

S’more has changed the way that I think about dating. I constantly fail in the talking stage because I always go for looks with S’more I realize it’s more than that. It’s about the person and who they are inside. That’s why I love S’more!

Enjoying the S’more dating app very much! It’s a welcome change to swiping on pictures only, the conversation leads. Getting to know the person first. In just a few back & forths, the image is revealed. The app itself is easy to navigate and well done!!

I think the main premise of S'More is spot on- just its hard to start a conversation with someone you don't know- the auto profile matching highlights works well to help start a convo.
