Want to like it but don’t currently

I really want to like this app. The idea is there, the design is there, great profiles, but nearly all my matches are forever away. Even though I set the distance meter to within 25 miles, it switches back everyday and gives me people across the country so it ends up being kind of useless unfortunately.

We should be able to still see the profile of people who left the chat and/or the messages left unread because I felt I was really vibing and talking with a guy who for some reason ghosted me for 3 nights and then wrote to me on the 3rd day though I honestly didn’t have the time and energy to look at and answer until the next afternoon when I checked which is quicker than his ghosting, it said he left and I didn’t get to see what he wrote to me at all nor anything else left of him. We should be able to send a last message, I know I for sure did nothing to offend him rather than support him in what he was personally going through. This seems so rude and unfair way to communicate not to getting to see sent messages and in some way getting a final word in, especially being able to rate the person after the fact that they supposedly left the chat. It’ll be very nice to include features such as seeing everybody who’s ever viewed our profile, too.

Listen, I was skeptical for sure- who wants to use a dating app where you can't see faces, but after seeing 100 ads for the app, I downloaded it and crazy enough, I found a cool chick within 7 days and she's amazing. Cool video content too.

I'm an Asian American guy and getting traction on dating apps for me is almost impossible. I swipe on all the women in my area on Tinder an Bumble and I get very few matches and chats. S'More lets people know more about me before they can judge me based on race which for an Asian American is a big deal. I've met a few white and black women on the app, and these singles are open and honest and a cut above. S'More is really cracking the racist nut of dating apps.

I met an amazing man on S'More- I've never dated out of my race so this is a first for me. I'm an Italian from CT, and I met a black man from New York- he goes to NYU and is super smart. It started off as a casual chat and then we did a blurred video date and then met in person after two week. I've very into Mark and so happy that an app like S'More helped me break down walls and meet someone who was initially outside of my comfortzone.
