Watch out contractors and handymen. This company will charge you for business you don’t get. Also, they will bombard you with emails... and... the worst part... there is no one to talk to about any of it... stay away!

It's just sifting through those that are serious and those that are not a thing I like about Go Smith is that they will refund you if you make attempts to try to reach this person and cannot I think the system is fair and I think they are on on the side of the contractor trying to help.

I have been using this app for my business a few months now. Seems to be very user friendly and intuitive. Much easier to navigate than the website. Also really good for Invoices and keeping records. I would definitely recommend.

They will hijack your company name and use it to redirect people to their site. I typed my company’s name into the google search bar and the Smith site auto fills and leaves me no other choices. Also, I received no leads that were relevant to my line of work.
Leads have been good, but app is too busy/laborious with too many redirects.

The leads have increased significantly. There needs to be more detailed descriptions of the clients needs, to prevent unnecessary contact, without having to “press two” for job details. Details of the job should be automatic and free. I’ve had good success with the leads and clients have all been pleased. Several have referred my company to friends or family.

Purchased credits to use. Used up before I had a chance then they took more money from my account without my knowledge and still no credits. Scam company. Asked for a monetary refund and no response but only partial credits. DONT USE!! CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!!
