This app has been very helpful with producing work. The only issue is that I am getting ripped off with lead credits. Customer service continues to ignore my credit refund and states that there is a discrepancy, but does not respond with details.

I'm still fairly new to go Smith. But so far I am happy with the service. It's not perfect but it's much better than Home Advisor.

Our company recently started using this app to bring in leads for foundation repairs and soft story retrofits. So far it has been going well. I like that it only charges you once you are gain an appointment with the client. If you don't actually get to meet with them then you can request a refund.

Have established some of my best and longest clients from this app! The features are easy to understand and it's got everything you need to land customers and get more clients for your business. Thanks for all the success! I also would have given a 5 star rating but it seems like the points seem to disappear and then the leads don't respond after they accept your bid. So that is the only problem I have with this app. Other then this I love it better then thumbtack but could be cheaper. Thanks again! Had given 5 stars but since the last client defrauded me for $12,000 and I haven't been able to get any good clients in along time. Victoria's 5 Star Services-LuvUrPet, LLC.

They bombard you with leads that don't seem real. They charge you for the lead then when it turns out to be bogus they only give you credit back.. scam
