Organization at its best!

Having it in the shop has given the departments an easier way to see what people are doing, and where they need to go next! A really powerful tool for a manufacturing environment.
Robust & Flexible - But still lacking a few important options

SmartSheet is definitely robust and flexible. I love the ability to do more than just task management, or group interactions. Because it is cell based you can literally do anything you could in excel, but more. So that means this is a powerful multi-platform solution. Linking cells with live updates from one sheet to another. Budgets. Business and sales projections. Schedules. It truly is a project management system that is intuitive...not like other apps that have their own system layout that seems to make no sense. I REALLY wish they would update a few things like being able to create filters that are accessible and applicable across any sheet you want to apply them. Makes ZERO sense they haven’t implemented that yet. Same with conditional formatting. Great tool. But you have to recreate each conditional format you want in each sheet...unless you make that sheet a template and then create new sheets off the template. But then if you think of a new conditional format you’d like to implement you have to recreate it 10 times (or however many sheets you have). Just very frustrating. Also, Smartsheets doesn’t seem to handle times of day very well. Ugh. But there are ways around. So overall I think it’s great. But needs continued feature updates.

With Smartsheet I am totally mobile now . No more excel spreadsheets and my laptop. I love being able to update projects and attach documents on the go . You will not be disappointed.
Finally I can be organized.

The company I work for uses Smartsheet and as for what I have used in the past, Smartsheet keeps me on task and moving smoothly through the week. It could use a little more mobile functionality compared to the PC version, but I’m good getting it done this way for now.

Smartsheet is my absolute best friend. We run the majority of our martial arts school with it. However we need to be able to schedule by more then just dates Terri East coast Martial Arts
Total rubbish

No matter how many times you try to attach a PDF file of your resume to an application with this crappy application it will not work. Despite there being no problems with my attachments, this app is a total waste of time. The fact that a non profit organization chose to use them tells me the HR folks at that organization are totally out of touch.
