Smartsheets is a powerful tool. It is made powerful by power users that can push the envelope. I'm fortunate to work with a team that can do that. The mobile app is good. Can get better with more rich functionality that is mobile friendly.

I have loved Smartsheet since probably 2016. It has been a life saver, and with time it gets better. With the use of dashboards, alerts and reminders... this is worth every penny.
Not very useful on iPad Pro

Can’t edit dashboards, can’t add formulas, limited keyboard use(no cmd copy/paste). The iPad version is very limited. Unfortunately when you try to go to Safari you get blocked, uninstall the app and you get sent to a mobile site. I like Smartsheet, but it is very frustrating to get work done on iPad Pro.
Great but needs more features!

Please please please add the ability to freeze columns in spreadsheets to allow for easier user on smaller mobile screens!
They removed the tabs feature!

This has made working in smart sheet exponentially more difficult not only for me, but also my clients. Now I have to send them 7 smartsheet links instead of everything being neatly in one. What a mess! Bring the feature back!
