I got the full program from work for free. The app is different than other programs, but useful if you really want to quit.

There is a section called Anytime Coaching that has a ton of tips and lessons. You can even message a coach.

This is a great app to help me quit smoking. It helps you figure out a plan that you can easily stick to. It doesn't rush or force you to immediately stop. It helps you pace yourself into quitting. I believe this is the best way to quit
$50 bucks to use it more than 3 days?

Can't work if they want to charge me $50 BEFORE I can quit! They must understand I would gladly pay 50 (or more even in my case) IF I had already seen results ----- Still contemplating paying just out of curiosity but the trickery of a FREE app costing after you are "hooked" really bothers me so although I may update below the line they WILL NOT get Me to remove the headline from my review

This app doesn't do anything to help the physical cravings and the messages really doesn't help with anything but become annoying.
