This is an app that keeps updating with fresh new content (including the AlphaGo games among others), and it's a shame that every update wipes the reviews clean. Which is why I'm leaving this review now. It'll disappear pretty quickly, I'm sure, but as a longtime user, I'm very satisfied with the huge amount of content this app offers, and I'm happy for this opportunity to slap another "5" on the record books. I bought their EasyGo Player first as a way to play go with friends IRL, and while I'm by no means good at the game or anticipate pursuing Go competitively, I don't regret dropping real coin on this expanded program to access an ENORMOUS amount of stuff: problems, games, annotated games... More Go than I know what to do with. Awesome.
Great for study, bad for play

Lots of features and a nice interface. I used the problems a lot and it helped tutor me to add intuition and reflect on key things. You can review pro games. But AI opponent is appalling. There’s another game based on Crazy Stone that is a much better opponent and which I use to play against (I range 2-7 kyu depending on how long I haven’t played for). The AI enfine here is good for small board or +12 kyu maybe
