Paid for use of the remote app. Arrows will not work so I’m unable to move down to the shows I actually want to watch.
Doesn’t always connect and buggy

Half the time this app can’t connect to the TV, I typically have to restart it 2 or 3 times before it finds the TV, and then it can take upwards of 30 Seconds to connect. If I turn off my phone screen then re-enter the app, it connects but the directional buttons are all backwards, left is right, up is down, etc. Finally, merely starting the app turns the TV on when it connects, however there is no indicator as to whether the TV is currently on or off in the app. The number of times I’ve gone to close the app while upstairs in the middle of the night then had to go downstairs to see if the TV was on is ridiculous. For a paid app, this is absolutely terrible and the developers should be ashamed. I’m a software engineer and if I ever built anything this bad I would probably quit out of embarrassment. I’m giving it 2 stars because in the rare occasion it connects, it does actually control the TV.

Great app I don’t need my other remotes.I just use my phone. I’m very pleased with the app works great.
No free navigation use

Everything seemed to work with this app as a remote perfectly fine. Up until I tried to use the navigation and go left, right, up, down and select action. As soon as you get to that page it asks you to for a one time purchase to upgrade pro. The app is basically useless without purchasing it

Don’t buy. It has bugs. And I can never get it to connect right. I have a 2 and a 4 year old and this never seems to work when I really need it. Skip it.

For me, the app always finds the tv and stuff, but for some reason the directions of the 4 arrows often change to the opposite randomly, making up down and down up; left right and right left. A minor annoyance that comes up randomly.
