Two photo submissions (credits) come free when you download the app, then you receive an additional credit free every month. Your Care Calendar has 3 free plant types or specific plants names with care instructions for free. You can buy additional credits if needed.
You can also join our premium members club and unlock the full unlimited power of our app and turn your garden into an interactive guide for all your personal care instructions. Every plant literally will be reminding you what they need and when they need it. You will get unlimited identifications and unlimited access in the palm of your hand.
CARE CALENDAR:
1. Place your own plants in the "My Garden" section.
2. Press the Garden Compass leaf icon to add your plants to "My Garden"--your digital garden.

I upgraded the app over a week ago. It won’t register and let me enter any more plants. I’ve tried with the app people, still working on the problem ? Don’t do it!!!!

Won’t let me sign up and its thumbnails and pics are low quality stretched JPEGs which let me know that this app isn’t made by app oriented minds nor by people invested in keeping consumers happy .

I can't see the writing in settings. This is a great app I love the new update but it has a few problems.
Entire library of Identified plants gone

I was a subscriber and enjoyed using the app to get identifications of plants. However with the last update I can’t see those identifications any longer and all the ids I had accumulated over the course of a year gone. Needless to say, I’m canceling my subscription.
Canceled my Garden Compass after having since 2015

Loved the app but recently they made changes and the only way I can sign in is with Facebook and I lost all the history and information I had there on my garden since 2015 no one to contact about the issues so I canceled my subscription can’t get a refund through Apple they decided so paid for a year on a app I can’t use won’t purchase anything gardening through Apple and won’t use Garden Compass again either moving in to something better
The best plant app hands down

I tried many of these I'd apps... they get close most of the time but I wanted an app to take over and let me know what all my plants needs were....and by far this one is it for me. I got really good answers to my questions. I am no gardener by far but my wife really wanted us to get the yard in shape so I have been trying apps and the web to help. This is a one stop place to be. After a I loaded the digital garden I still had some plants I didn’t know at all! So we decided to get the premium package. I decided to leave a review due to The amazing customer service. off the charts so cool. My expert is right with me and helping me load my digital garden. This app in my opinion sets a standard that all apps should strive for. I can't wait to see what they come up with next. Keep up the innovation Smart Plant Home!

I spent a good hour looking at blurry pictures of other people’s plants to catalog my own because this app can only scan certain bar codes,none from Home Depot. After that, the descriptions of my plants, what they like and dislike, was 1-2 sentences per plant that I already knew about. After using 2 credits given to me I’m expected to pay 35$ to ask questions the app should answer on its own. I can go to google for free instead of waiting a week for these expensive responses. In short- this app does nothing for me
Not worth money, plus impossible to cancel

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s not worth the money they charge and what’s even more frustrating is that they make it impossible for the user to find how to cancel their subscription. Still haven’t figured it out. I guess I’ll have to call Apple.

Received an answer to my picture and narrative question within four hours of pressing the “Submit” button. Very professional with scientific and familiar name of the plant. Restarting an extensive home garden and will really look into full paid subscription with this wonderful Customer Service!

Good luck figuring out how to run this thing. Go to settings > photo library > allow acesss > but ir’s greyed out no chance to allow. After an hour and numerous photos like a dog chasing it’s shadow this thing is futile. Better things to do than mess with chessy unfriendly crappy app.
