Not only is there no customer service but my contacts disappeared because it says it needs permissions, go to settings, etc. the problem with that is I’ve always had it in my phone but it’s no longer available in the App Store for the US. I always thought this was the best duplicate merge app and I’m only using it until I find a better one since they don’t find the US fit to deserve our business anymore.

After listing all the duplicate contacts, I attempted to start deleting them. And, of course, it deletes ALL of the duplicates, INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL CONTACT!!!!

No rating deserved - they charged me for the service and can’t get anyone to respond to my inquiries. The worse app ever and customer service more so !! So disappointed

Some tout web page said it was free but it wanted 10 yr to do anything. Apple needs to show what these things cost.
