Server crashes too often

I bought my smart vacuums with the hope of connecting wirelessly, but the server is not available most days.
Horrible software for Dishwasher

It simply does not work. Do not waste your time if you have the waterfall dishwasher. It says "unable to control device. Please turn on the smart control option with your remote controller" Then when you go to turn it in the app it says that only monitoring available. It doesn't make any sense. This is my 2nd Samsung Waterwall. The first one broke in less than a year. Then it got fixed then broke again because the waterwall wouldn't move. So I got this upgraded version. I think I am regretting this purchase.

Convoluted nonsense! From repeated two-factor account access to “ease of connecting”. Never connected! Just garbage!

I’ve never written a review. This app doesn’t even go past the loading server. Just doesn’t work.

I can’t even get the app to “connect to the server”, whatever that means. I can use my WiFi on everything else (laptop, phone, other apps) but it won’t connect to this app. It would be nice to be able to use this feature. Please fix!

Come on! You’re freaking “Samsung”. You mean to tell me that you can’t develop an app that even remotely works? I am actually more embarrassed for you than upset. This app is so ludicrous that I can’t even begin to point out all the flaws.

Keeps saying login has expired. Never worked on my Android (moto g5)phone. I knew about bad app issue prior to purchase and got the vacuum on a fire sale. Not complaining too much since the app is living up to its 1 star reputation. This would be harder to take if I spent 1k as others have done.

I'm thinking should I return the items just because this app is so terrible? The washer and dryer are great, the app, which I didn't need in the first place, makes me think some part of this product (ie the app) is broken!

I wish i could have give zero to this app. It does not work at all. It always give me “server failed” message. I am very disappointed....
