Could Not Connect Anyway

Tried 3 times to connect my cooktop. Each time, the connection failed with the server. It’s not my iPhone. It’s not my wireless router. It’s not my modem. It’s not the speed of my internet connection. Am I going to try again? With no more effort than to dismiss why I would even want/need to operate my cooktop with my iPhone.

This app is worthless. Took 4 tries, 2 password changes just to get it set up. And each time, you have to enter a very long code. Once I got in, I tried to register my refrigerator. Nope, did not work, and gave up after two tries. To add on, the refrigerator is the worst one I have ever had. Despite it’s size, there is very little room inside.
IFTTT not fully supported!!!

Need to integrate smart dryers to work with IFTTT like most other Samsung smart appliances. Paid lots of $$$ to get smart devices from Samsung, to find out their apps are useless and not all products support IFTTT!
Beyond Garbage the developer should be embarrassed

The developers that work on this should be embarrassed at how bad this app is. It constantly fails to connect to the server. Then has to be reset. Schedules are lost, and thus worthless. If they run, they run once or twice before being lost. You can’t reliable use the app to control your appliances, especially their heat/air units. Which are garbage as well! They don’t regular heat or cooling at all, you set the unit to 70 and it keeps blasting until the room is 85 degrees. You set it to 65 to compensate and then it never gets past 60 degrees. Thousands of dollars wasted!! Update! Still complete garbage!!

I have lost count how many times I have had to delete and reinstall this app because it cannot find the robot vacuum or fails to connect to the server. I do not understand how such a good product comes with the worst apps I have ever seen

Wow. Can’t even begin to say how bad this app is. About the only thing it does (when it doesn’t disconnect on its own) is she how much time remains on the wash cycle. I was expecting to get a notification that the washer was done but I got nothing. They need to redo this app from scratch. Otherwise the washer and dryer is great.

Hey, seriously? I just got a flex washer and dryer and wanted to try out the SmartHome features... can’t even connect to server... last update was 9 months ago? How are you going to put a logo on your machines if you can’t even use this? Come on, I thought Samsung was better than that?

I went into this app with an open mind when after seeing the reviews. Wow it is not what I'd expect from a company like Samsung. There's bad English and typos throughout. Pairing is flaky. The app has captchas when logging in. It looks like it's only been designed for the original iPhone.
