Working well until last update

App no longer works. Says it can't complete installation because of no network connection (?!?) Every other app is working perfectly.

I bought this today and as soon as I opened the app said it needed a network connection to be installed properly. My network connections are great, hence me writing this review using my connections. I’m returning this ASAP.

Has a lot of potential

Been using this for about a week now and I love the smart rope. The app however needs some updates. It constantly puts my workouts on the wrong days and does not let me fix it. The interval section would be really great if you could create custom intervals. These updates would make the system much more worth the purchase.

Connectivity An Issue

I love the concept, a connected jump rope and WHEN it works it’s a great tool to use when training. However, connectivity is an issue. I’ve been using the jump rope now for nearly 4 months, and today I spent 15 minutes throughout my training session troubleshooting the connection. So disappointed.

Needs network???

I am having the same issue others are having with the message at startup that we need to be connected to a network. I am and have gone through every troubleshooting step except resetting my network settings. Would like to avoid this. I hope for a fix soon since the app hasn’t been updated in a while

App doesn’t work after 3 weeks of tracking jumps. I have a strong network connection and it still doesn’t work.

Why is this so uncustomizable?

Not being able to create our own intervals is a *gross* oversight for such an expensive single-use digitized version of an everyday product you can get for a tenth of the price. Honestly, had I known that the app was SO uncustomizable, I would’ve never bought it. Needs the ability to create own jump intervals. Needs the ability to create intervals by jump and intervals by time. Needs these functions to be accessible by the Apple Watch, too. Please consult people who actually train regularly and rigorously to help you make this device worth what you charged. Because right now, it’s not.

This app needs work. Very limited in scope to begin with and the few features that are actually available don’t track accurately at all.

Could be awesome but to inconsistent

Love it when it works, frustrated when it doesn’t... unfortunately it has more glitches then not. Wish it had a few more workouts programmed in, and really wish it didn’t have some many glitches... right now it won’t even open, often time has trouble staying linked to the rope despite close proximity. Sometimes will miss count / not count hundreds of jumps.
