Fix your stupid app or I’ll file a complaint with apple write a bbb review and return your jump rope. This is completely in acceptable and shame on apple for selling this product in there store and allowing this app to so poorly represent the iOS App Store ecosystem. Fix now or I return in 5 days.

App stopped working. Keep telling me that they need network connectivity even though my wifi and cellular connection are on.

When I keep the app open and the rope is connected, it does a good job keeping count and time, even day to day. But when I open a text app during a pause it shuts down the count. Just got an Apple Watch, 4th generation, and now I cannot start the app. Connected to a WiFi, deleted, reloaded... no go. No jumps counted today. Please fix the app! I want to keep using this. I travel a lot and this is my go to exercise, the rope fits easily in my bag and I want to keep track of my exercise on the road.
Big Disappointment DON’t BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAPP!!!!!

Great concept. Very motivating...when the app works. The random, out of no where “network connection error” makes me regret ever purchasing this item. What’s the point is the app is just going to quit on you after a few days. The developers need to invest in a fix rather letting months go with the same outstanding issue being the topic of complaints. A big disappointment.

App does not properly install. Says it needs a network connect when both wifi and cellular are working fine. Issues are reported by many many users.

Tangram SMART ROPE PURE Got this for Christmas and it works. I have already seen a difference both in the way my clothes fit and helping me with the overall duration of doing continuous jumps without tripping up. The one thing I have to say I am not happy with is that the logging date and time is on GMT. I am in located on the east coast of the US and at 7 PM I noticed that the day moves forward to the next day. I do not see any setting the allows me to adjust the time zone manually or automatically. That is the reason for a 4 Star vs 5 Star.

i have a tangram jump rope with lights , white version , L , buyed from apple store , the app was crashed after the last update , is open and in 5 seconds the app dispair... sorry for my english

When it works, the jumping experience is good. The rope is good and the basic counter is nice. But when it decides not to work, there’s nothing you can do, apparently. The company has apparently done nothing to fix it for over a year at least. The company benefits from the fact that you don’t buy the poorly rated app, but the rope, in ignorance of the app. And the app will probably work long enough that you can’t return the rope. So I’d call that fraud.
