Have tried to get help because my games are not progressing levels as I complete them. Im stuck in the 820s and should have advanced into the 900s. Have deleted and reinstalled without success and seem to be permanently stuck. Have tried customer service and have been blown off by them telling me to “ wait for the new levels” (however, I know someone who on to much higher levels, so we know they exist).

I have played this game for a long time, and really enjoy it. I am on sacred mountain, brave defender and am wondering when the rest of the games are coming. I am now on level 1090. Does no good to advance the level because you never get any more games to play. What is the problem? I am now way further than 1090 and still NO new games what’s the problem here? I have a notion to just delete the game and find something else!

I got close to 700,000 credits and decided to bet 20,000 to see if the game would keep allowing me to win as I got some “lucky” spins. Nope. That near 700,000 turned to about 5,000 in a matter of s few minutes. This game is rigged. You keep winning if you bet low, but you get low wins. If you start to bet high the algorithm of the game is designed to allow you to lose most your spins so that way you’re tempted to spend real money on 1’s and 0’s with no replay value or any value at all. All you do is spin and see an animation and hear a voice congratulating you. That’s it. Deleting this game because I’m tired of greedy developers.

I was very unhappy when all my credits and levels were gone when I got a new phone. I want them all back or I will delete this game. I have purchased a or of credits . I enjoy the game but this is not fair.

I bought a new iPad and lost all levels passed and all coin. How I’m I suppose to reclaim all that was lost

This game lets you gather points until a certain point and then you never hit anything again. I was up to 27,000,000 points and then in 5 minutes went down to zero. All they want you to do is pay for additional points over and over again.

They don’t even try to hide it. I have played this for years, worked my way up to Black Level. My purchase levels increased credits and I was happy. Now, they lowered my purchase level and institute the High Roller thing. Let me just clue everyone in, High Roller = you spend a lot of money on credits. If you don’t, don’t waste your credits trying. I had 30 million credits, thought I’d try, collected 3 of the 8 symbols needed. Guess what, the next day I was back to needing 8 again. They don’t accumulate over time, they are gone the next day so you’d better spend more. Now if I buy credits and lose them in short time it is a very long time before I spend another dollar. I’m not going to give in to the very obvious money grab going on here. Especially considering what I spent to get to Black.
