Customer support would help if you ask. Friday, I had to restore my iPad to factory settings. I heard from friends that their progress was wiped out. I was on level 757, had over a million credits, vip points that increased 4 hour bonus to over 16500, was 29,000+ of all players and I didn't want to lose all progress. So I took pictures, sent them to customer support and while yes all progress was wiped out they restored progress the next day. No problems. They are good people. And the game itself is fun and relaxing. Graphics, wins, spins, etc. yes sometimes the payoff weren't as I thought they should be I lost millions of credits a number of times. The fun is also getting it back. The best game on the web.

This game is very fun to play but be prepared to spend lots of money. Usually win 2,000,000 then lose 25,000,000. I have lost 50,000,000 without a win

Wonderful games. I am totally addicted. Won't play any other games, even the free ones. But the thing that make these games special is the support staff. They are outstanding. Give them all a pay raise!
