Ive been trying to echange my diamonds for gift cards and it wont let me says i cant do echange while in a game im not or was not in no game they wont respond to me at all very bad customer service ill change my rating after they help fix the problem thanks.

Cannot get it past opening screen

Not sure what’s up with this app - after reading all the positive reviews, I just downloaded this app to my iOS devices. When I opened it, the game remained on the opening screen with the logo and the progress bar stuck at 0%. The only thing on the screen that works is an icon which looks like a stack of chips which when tapped gives you 1-10 credits per each tap. However after tapping on it over 400 times to earn more than 500 credits, still nothing happened. The progress bar was still at 0%. And when I exited the app and returned a few minutes later, the credits were gone!!!! There is some very small text in the lower right corner which says “Development Build”. I wouldn’t expect to see that in a released version of an app. I have an iPhone X with the latest firmware - version 12.4 Would love some advice.
