It was fun while it lasted. In the beginning I won a $30 gift card. I’ve paid around $50 bucks to play on this app. The app is greedy and unfair. They keep making changes and now it’s even harder to get gift cards. Now you have to have a lot of coins to redeem a gift card with your diamonds!!! I have all these diamonds and can’t do crap with them because I need so many coins to redeem a stupid gift card for Amazon. They use to not do that and now it’s harder to get anything. If you become a vip you don’t get the daily bonus anymore. Nova casino shouldn’t tell you they will give you a daily VIP bonus and then decide to change things the next day. Too many glitches with paying and not getting any coins. It’s times I won but no diamonds. If I paid money then at least keep your customer happy. I feel like they know I pay to play and keep me losing so I can keep paying to play. Well I’m done donating to this crappy app! The table game use to be fun, but now there is nobody playing in the room due to the new changes. This app has gotten greedy. I keep getting disconnected and then I lose coins on slots. Don’t like the new redeem where you need diamond and coins for gift cards. I also redeemed a $30 Amazon gift card only find out from customer service it was redeem in March of 2018 when the gift card was issued to me on May 8 , 2018. I have tried countless times to contact the makers of the app to inform them of this only for the contact for it to say connecting and never sending the info to the company. I have also send a message on Facebook messenger only to never receive a response. Now I am out of my diamonds and coins with no gift card.

You are only given a small amount of starting credits. Not worth playing to only win a handful of chips. Also, there is a finger pointing to a word that read EXCH (something like that) at the top right. I clicked on it many, many times and it wouldn’t go away. Something else popped up saying Level 20. But still I couldn’t get that pointing finger to disappear no matter what I did. Deleting this app.

I exchanged 32k gems for a $50 gift card. I know it says there is a review time of 3 days, but it has been over 5 days now and still says “under review (3days)” this is absolutely ridiculous.

I saved my gems and exchanged them for a $50 amazon gift card. Said the review time before issue was 3 days. It has been almost two weeks and still haven’t gotten it, and still says it is under review and has 3 days left. Also they haven’t responded to any of the 7 messages I have sent about it.
