A few times i have had events shut me down 100% near the finish. The last one i spent a sum of money to win but the last billion i used gave me not a single event chance. Support says its just luck. That beyond ridiculous. Also most times i make a purchase i am unable to hit a single bonus in any game. Not one time did support ask any questions. That in itself is telling. Funny but the exact same thing happens in every playtika app i have. They would say its just luck that they all do the same thing to me. And when i shell out money and luck turns off every darn time close to a event finish i feel like they are laughing like hyenas at me and the other players this happens to so often.

They lure you in when you first start playing, and then you won’t win again for a LOOOONNNNNGGGG time. Even when you purchase you will get nothing back. They will tease you into thinking it will improve, but it doesn’t. Please don’t waste your money here....go to a real casino where you have a hope of a return and they are regulated.

Your have these games so tight it’s ridiculous. When cashing in slotomania cards for coins it always lands on the lowest amount you receive. It doesn’t matter if you get to 00 or 50 levels you never receive new cards, it’s always cards you already have. Even when you make a purchase you receive cards you already have. I’ve spent around $400.00 dollars in the last couple of weeks and still haven’t received new cards.you could have 10 white wedges on the wheel and it would still stop on the lowest. All the slotomania cards you earn are always ones you already have. It would be nice to get a new one every now and then. Once I use up all my coins I will be deleting slotomania. I have other casino games I play and don’t have to spend money to play. Slotomania was my favorite but I can’t afford to play. I’ve got 6 chances at ace cards and every time I open it it’s the same ace card. Why don’t I get a different one every now and then. Why give the ace package if that’s the way you are set up to give the same one. You can give triple slotomania cards and it still wouldn’t matter you never give new cards. On ace levels they are never new cards. What a joke

I really think you all have picked the people you want to win. I can tell when I will get a win and not. There are times I try to play all day. Only to come out a loser. I’m going to try any other game but this. I loved trying to get others to play who weren’t friends. No more. I did not get 200 club points for leveling 35 I was at 111,000 + 24,000= 124,000. Give me a break
