I am level 1300+ ,not once have i fully completed a quest or event for the top prize. I have purchased quite a bit in attempts to win. Every time i use billions in chips and almost there my *luck* stops cold. On snakes and ladders i was stopped 3 squares away from finish on final board.a few weeks ago during the candy crush event i had *of course* the only piece left on the board to smash. I used a billion+ in spins and got no chance. Was told in email a bug made the meter stop working. When i mentioned that i had spent money for the event they said the meter was working and i was just unlucky. Luck would not matter because it was what you bet for chances not what you win. They lie and cheat. I stand by my words. Did not spend during the current event and i have not got past the first board and its the last day. Hmmm,be wary

I have been cheated out of dollars time and again. Try keeping track of your winnings and see if it happens to you! I swear sometimes I only get half of what I win!

I like the games and have played for years. Unfortunately, I believe the support team is cheating their customers. When you get a mega win, you only get part of the coins. The game manias eat your coins because they’ve tightened up the games so you use many more coins than normal. A few months ago I had billions in coin, now I hardly have enough to play. For some reason when playing the ‘daily dash’ several times when working on the 3rd level, I loose connection, only on Slotomania, not on any other game...just now, the 3rd level of the dash was to level up 2 times. I went from 909 to 911, but it didn’t give credit for the 2nd level. Now, I have lost connection. Several months ago: This morning I had 2 10 million coin mega wins. My coin count went up prox. 6 million. Just happened to notice the count the first time and thought it was me, so on the second mega, I watched closely and, yes, it gave me 6 million. Not a good way to do business. Your games are great, but if you are going to give these payouts, do so honestly.

I like how they offer different games to play...keeps it very fun...however...it would be nice to win the super jackpot....not once with even betting 200mil a spin....quit being so stingy...I have lost 500 Billion and still no super jackpot...really...come on...over 1000 spins and still no scatters in the quest...you guys aren't making this game fun anymore...
