Need wand bonus back for leveling up. Now only get a wand every three or four levels.

I just purchased a new phone. I have the premium version. The game would load onto my new phone but my progress was gone. I contacted the support center and they gave me all of my open games back and coins. Thank you very much for your wonderful help! The support center gets 5 stars!!

I like this game very much, I believe it's very realistic. I enjoy playing it. I had a bug issue, worked with a guy name Ken. He did a great job helping me. Great Support !!!!!! Mr. Gott Recently had some issues with my game again. But again, they took care of everything and quick too !! Great support !!!!!! Mr. Gott I've been playing this game for several years now, the past year the game has changed. The bonuses are a lot harder to come by, you don't hit near as many large payouts as you use to, I have asked them about this and they have assured me that they did nothing to how the game pays out. Sorry, I don't by it!!! The game is still fun to play but unless you want to spend real money on this game, you will run out of coins pretty quick.

Sunday oct 22 I give slot magic 5 star rating I’ve been playing this game for several years the only one I stuck with it’s so much fun and they give you coins each night the developers always go,out of their way to,help you with a problem for instance I lost my coins once since I got a new iPad and they retrieved them for me and put them back you should try slot magic

I love playing these games, but with the recent upgrade I can no longer collect the extra coins for watching the videos, etc. Please fix this. Otherwise, the games are fun.
