I had an issue with some points loading. I emailed customer support and within a few hours the problem was resolved and they even generously gave me more than I was missing. Also love the fact that I can play the games without an internet connection.

IPad crashed, lost data

Lost my data, had to go to the Apple Store to restore my IPad. Came home and saw that some of my games had lost its coinage, including slot magic. Ken responded to my email right away and told me what to do to retrieve my data and it worked. Thank you Ken for your prompt reply.
