My alarm is so cool except for the app. It crashes almost every other day. So troubling. It makes it difficult to rest for fear my alarm clock might not wake me
App is a paradigm of failure.

App requires that you create an account with Phillips in order to set up the alarm clock. Ok, that’s bad enough but when I try to do that, their website just hangs up in the safari browser while it’s trying to “verify” my account. I have no way to use this app. Horrible design.

Really disappointed that there is no option to link to my Pandora/Spotify accounts and select one of my playlist to wake up to. FM radio is so 90s. Please integrate..even the free alarm apps have this feature.

The light works great and really helps you fall asleep and wake up refreshed. It would be the perfect app if the developer added support for Siri shortcuts. Shortcut functionality could unlock amazing capabilities for the app and light.

Everyday I have to reset my wake up light and setup again the app so I am able to use it. It works for about a day and then it suddenly stops... the app troubleshooter ask for restart and other tactics but nothing really works. I checked the internet and the lamp is connected to the network. I am at the exact same network but apparently the app can’t recognize the lamp... this is really growing on me. The lamp is great but this connectivity is making me question if it is worth the price tag.

Echoing some other reviewers from this month—the current version of this app has a bug that prevents it from connecting to my Somneo for any longer than a few minutes, if it ever connects at all. My Somneo *is* connected to the same Wi-Fi network my phone is on—I see the Wi-Fi icon on the Somneo’s screen—but the app doesn’t recognize this. I’ve tried hard-resetting the Somneo repeatedly, to no avail. Update: After upgrading my iPhone, this app finally connects reliably. But my old phone was an iPhone XS, so it’s not like it was outdated or anything. Short of buying a new phone, I’m not sure how to fix this issue for others who may still experience it. (Maybe try a factory reset?) The temperature and humidity graphs are very useful, and I’m a lot happier with my Somneo now.
App STILL doesn’t connect half the time

What good is this app if half the time it STILL won’t connect to the clock? If I have to constantly unplug the clock to get it to work that defeats the purpose of the app. And supposedly this was “fixed”. What a waste of money.

The app has issues. I haven’t been able to use the app to control my alarm clock in several weeks. Very disappointed that it doesn’t work, especially since this isn’t a cheap device. I have reset my click several times and it still won’t connect. When it works, it’s great. Please update the app so it works properly.
