Needs an update for the money I spent on this bed.

For how much money we spend on these beds this app should be getting updates monthly. The biggest update needs to be combining sleep and naps to improve your daily score. If I get a 70 for my nights sleep and then take a nap I should not get a 20. It should give me a 85-90 for my sleep score in that 24 hr period.

Bed is good. Overpriced but the info is great. Knowing how much I’ve slept is good feedback. App is ok. Not the best.

Great app, mediocre bed. I always have issues when adjusting the bed. It hesitates then goes to a different number I put it on. I like it soft but it’ll deflate to the point of almost airless. Glad I have the 100 night guarantee...

We’ve been using the SleepIQ for a couple of months, and on the whole we like it. There is a glitch we haven’t been able to figure out with my husband’s side of the bed — there are nights it says he wasn’t in the bed, yet he went to bed before me and got up after.

This app is great for what you need it for. Setting your number, keeping track of your sleep, etc. Definitely prefer the app over the remote.

We invested in 2 pillows along with our new bed and they are both terrible. One provides almost no support, while the other for my husband has a ridge that he can’t tolerate after multiple tries. Wasted money. Very disappointed in very expensive pillows that are really not much better than 7.99 store pillow.

Company claims that they don’t sell your sleep data. Well maybe, maybe not. But this app is set up to collect your data. You can turn it off but then it constantly annoys you and asks you you to turn it back on. You can’t even use the app each time unless you confirm that you don’t want your data tracked. This is horrible and very purposeful. They know exactly what they are doing. If you don’t want to use this dumb app you can buy a remote for $40.

The app works great and provides interesting biometrics regarding my sleep. It’s nice to adjust the Flexfit base to my favorite settings as well.
