So far I’m enjoying using the app after 10 days with my new mattress. It’s easy to use and it’s nice to see how I actually slept throughout the night.
App is buggy and needs to be solved

The app is glitching and sometime it overshoots the number when going down from 100. If I don’t manually stop it, the bed will go down to 0. It will do the same thing going up to 100 except it will not fill up and it will be stuck at any given number. The compressor pump will be running like it’s trying to fill up but the number isn’t changing and it isn’t actually filling the bed either. You have to start and stop the pump manually through the app to finally get it back to 100. Also a button should be added to push to go back to 100 instead of scrolling through every number in the list.

We have TV in the bedroom. If I watch TV in the back in the early evening and then get up and come back to sleep, my sleep score is impacted because I got up in between and it registers as out of bed time. This should not impact my sleep score. Otherwise, great stuff.

I love the bed. I sleep better. I think you should break it up into three chambers so that the pressure on your shoulder as you sleep on your side is the same as your hips and legs.

The IQ app is interesting to allow comparisons from night to night. There still are some issues to work out though as it does not collect all out of bed occurrences and typically misses one a night. I feel the scores do seem to correlate with how I perceived my sleep was each night.

I like this app for controlling the bed as well as tracking my sleep. It’s a bit cumbersome some have to switch it off if I’m on my bed and it’s not nighttime but otherwise it tracks well

Finally after years of not sleeping well I can sleep! Love all the features too! Tracking my sleep, changing the softness to my liking, the under bed light when I get up in the middle of the night, and the cooling/heating feature. You will love this bed!

Best bed we have ever owned. My wife and I have been married 45 years and up until 2004 we always had coil spring mattress. In 04 we purchased our first sleep number bed. I assumed we would probably have to replace it in about 4 years but with a 20 year warranty we would replace warn parts as they wore out. I’m sure we saved thousands by taking advantage of warranty. We would probably still have the old bed but we always wanted a king bed. We chose the split king and now wish we had made the change sooner. What a difference! Thought I’d miss vibrator but the new bed with lights under platform, and the smart phone feature is amazing! I’m a 100 and get a very good nights sleep every night. Really don’t enjoy travel as much because there is no Hotel mattress that compares to my sleep number! You have nothing to lose with the 90 day return policy. Like Mikey says try it you’ll like it!
