It won't let me log in via email or Facebook. Just says something went wrong and to try again every time. So I uninstalled.


Frustrating update

It’s a good start, but I want to say most of us have already done these things that the app suggest. The sleep logs are a great idea, but its the weekly sessions that got me. There should be an option to read what that guy is saying. He takes really long pauses and just drones on and on. I completed the weekly logs. I just couldn’t bring myself to watch the animations of him walking and talking slowly. After the update, the sleep diary never saves on the first try. It’s not hard to log your sleep every morning, but man is it obnoxious to have to type it in twice every day.

I'm having to enter my login credentials every two days on both the iPhone na d the iPad. That's too frequent for any app, especially one that just records sleep activity.

Hey, just me at 6AM trying to fall asleep. This app hasn’t let me login or create an account since I downloaded it. Please fix this issue.

I downloaded this app and whe. I open it, it goes directly to a login. I can't get it to let me sign up first. And of course of I try to log in with info I would use to sign up, it doesn't recognize because I haven't signed up yet

It seems from the website that this could be a very helpful tool in the addressing insomnia. I took the sleep test, got my sleep score (0 because my sleep is awful) and was looking forward to trying the program. There is no way to order the program from the website, but you must start there to have login info for the app. If you want to purchase the program, it’s $399.99. For the year. With no trial period to see if it will work for you. I appreciate that people need to earn a living. However, it would be helpful to have a trial period so that people can decide if they want to pay that much money. On the website, you can continually check to see if you can access it for free as part of a research study. There is no information as to whether you should check back everyday or one request will suffice. Insomnia makes people desperate for sleep. I would be willing to pay for this service, just not $400 up front with no idea how it will work

Keep getting “oops something went wrong” when I try to log in with Facebook or Google.


If the app does not work then it’s not worth even 1 star .

Fix the access issue it’s clear that it’s something global and many people have the same issue . Can’t really login in does not matter via google , Facebook or virgin pulse . Also accessibility to support is lacking had to write this review with hope someone will address the issue rather talking to support.
