I use it everyday. Background sounds for Meditation during the day. Background for Deep (diaphragmatic) breathing at night to breath myself to sleep. South African crickets for that.

Best App I ever had!!!!! I love it ? I wish I could have it on my TV and home stereo system as well it’s great.

If you’re looking for a nice distant train whistle, you’ll find one on the Pacific Chorus Frogs and Train track . The whistle is not present on the preview. It would have been nice to have a description of each track that would help in finding specific things of interest such as this, rather than downloading and listening to complete tracks. There is a good variety of sounds in the app, but it took me a while to get the hang of the user interface, and I still get confused occasionally. Overall a worthwhile purchase. Edit: I tried the search function as suggested by the developer, and found that it does in fact work well. Thank you.
