I absolutely love this app. It gives you all kinds of different sounds to choose from. From streams to birds to thunderstorms. I even paid for the app. Totally worth it for me.

This is absolutely the best app for sounds to help you sleep. The variety of sounds is beyond what I would have expected. Not to mention you can combine some of them together to make your very own personal mix. I have purchased many machines which cannot even compare to this app. And those machines cost way more than the $3.99 I paid for the app. I now have this on my iPad and iPhone. Now matter where I go, my sleep aid with be with me. A big plus to me is that it will play continuously until you tap Pause. There’s also a timer you can set if you prefer. The sounds are of the highest quality which makes all the difference in the world to me. Don’t hesitate to download this app. You’ll be happy you did!

Really wonderful app, I highly recommend it. However, I would like to see a way to add my own personal ratings for each sound or otherwise mark favorites. Also, I would like a way in browsing the library to see which I have already downloaded, please. Still 5 stars, though. Excellent work!

Update: still love this app! I also appreciate that they are responsive to feedback. The timer now goes up to 12 hours! This means I can set my favorite custom sound mix and listen to it as I read for an hour and then all night while I’m sleeping. Thank you, Sleep Sounds HQ!! I got the free rain sounds app first, and after using that and loving it for about a month I decided to go for the paid version. Very glad I did! Many more sound choices and of course nice not to have the advertising

I used Sleep Sounds for a year and had a favorite mix. I sought to upgrade and lost it, right when j asked developer how to SHARE it. I Ever heard from developers and lost a fun app! ? I have tinnitus. A static that manifests aannoying static every minute. With Sleep Sounds I created a mix of water and birds and chimes which is preferable to the repitition of static. So, I use the mix to improve my sleep and mitigate the random, static tinnitus brings! Jack Eadon
