Alarms Don't Work Anymore

I love this app so much -- the music and sounds are beautiful and there's no other way I want to wake up than gradually, which Sleep Genius provides and succeeds in doing. Sadly though, the alarms I've set in the app for the past few months have not been working! I don't know why or how to fix it. The app up to date and I'm using an iPhone 6s. I've been using the default iPhone alarm clock to wake up and the (negative) difference in my mood and how rested I feel is huge compared to Sleep Genius. I hope my app alarms work again soon!! Please help fix them!

Hope they fix the alarm it does not work. I like their wake up tunes but unreliable alarm cancels the good things.

I owned the previous version of this app. I paid for it and after a couple of years, it needed to be updated. I tried, but the app said the server was not there, basically. I tried contacting the company and the info was incorrect. I was forced to pay for the app again. They made some improvements, but mainly in visual. Some changes are not very good such as changing the wake up times. The main concern I have is if they are going to do the same thing and make changes to the app and make me pay again for something I already bought. Buyer beware!

I loved this app! The Power Nap feature is my favorite. But to be perfect, it should have feature to let you set a wake-up time and how many 90-minute sleep cycles you want, and it will tell you the bedtime.

shortcut the story: The alarm is not working at all? also the feedback/ help is not working ? .....……………………………… good evening, I love this program and I used to use it before couple years ago but since I change my iPhone and my apartment I forgot about it. So, now one of my friend remind me about (sleepgenius) and I download it but the alarm is not working anymore and the sound in my iPhone system is working good so can you help me with the alarm? also the feedback/ help is not working ?

I was wondering why my iPhone was suddenly dying quickly. I checked the battery settings and this app had used 50% of my battery in the background. It hasn't been used at all during this time. Who knows what its doing but I had to uninstall.

I use this app every single night and I love it but it's been a long time since an update It would be nice if we can please get some news songs/tuns to sleep to That used be amazing 4 stars just because I can't submit my review inside the app in the Help/Feedback section I got an error message so yeah One more reason why I world love an update Guys some let this app be forgotten it can help so many people as it helped me!!!!!

Overall app is okay. It doesn't really help me fall asleep unless I do a lot of prep work to relax ahead of time. I think it's the kind of app that you have to actively be focusing on the sounds to help relax (for me at least). BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE ALARM! It does NOT ring unless you're IN the app. Overall I thought the alarm works really well for me to slowly wake me up rather than a jarring loud sound but it didn't ring at all it because I forgot to leave the app in the background.
