Not a reliable alarm clock

I have been using this app for probably close to three years now. I purchased the full version. I fall asleep to the music every night. Since the last update, FIVE different times now the alarm I set to wake me up does NOT go off. I double and sometimes triple check it. It's not set to PM, the alarm is set exactly correct. I now have to set secondary alarms just to make sure I don't oversleep and miss work. Kinda defeats the purpose of this app entirely as I do not like waking up to the obnoxious iPhone ringtones.
Helps me nap, helps me sleep.

Simple to use app. I don't know if the science is peer reviewed, but I use it daily for my power naps and nightly for my sleep cycle. It helps me have better sleep than I have had most of my life. I have more energy and focus with my daily naps and I fall to sleep faster and sleep better at night. I use it with comfortable earbuds all night. If you a searching for a great simple sleep app, this is the one.

Can't believe I wasted 5$ for this. The music can be found on other apps as well and it is very hard to work. The music is chosen so you can't pick it either. Very disappointed???
Best sleep I have ever had: get this and and a contoured eye mask.

I have had this for only a week, but I already feel a huge improvement in my sleep cycle. I haven't snoozed since I got it. I sleep so good and I feel refreshed when I get up. I am the the type to hit snooze 5-7x for an hour, have three different alarms set every morning, and still dread getting up because i always wanted to sleep some more. With this app, I feel like I'm being woken up with a gentle nudge. Then I am ready for the day. Best money i have ever spent.

I tried the main function of the app for a week and didn't seem to do anything. No difference. The alarm at least sounded like the saving grace of an otherwise failed app. The idea sounds great, wake up to soothing sounds that slowly increase in volume instead of a jarring noise. It worked for maybe a week and hasn't work since. I've checked all the settings multiple times. I even leave the app running in the background --others said it must be running in the background, which is ridiculous for an ALARM function. But either way it doesn't work. Would like a refund
Like Anesthesia for Cranky/Fussy Kids

I bought the app for my insomnia. It didn't help me at all to fall asleep BUT, the Relaxation Program was a gold mine for my crazy, out of control, cranky kids. They get crabby, cranky and fight with each other when tired. Screaming, crying, you name it. One night I couldn't take it and ran the Relaxation program in the car. It was like anesthesia. I was shocked. Within two minutes everyone was calm. No more screaming/yelling. Kids were speaking in a calm and quiet voice. WOW! I now play that program an hour before bed every night. It really helps them to settle.
Please don't tell me if it's a placebo

I was pretty sure this was a scam. But it was only $5 so I took a chance with low expectations. I used to suffer from insomnia nearly every night. Ever since I downloaded this app, I've slept through the night Every. Single. Time.

I have been using this app for a while now. It really does work. Whenever I can't sleep I just put this on and don't have a problem falling asleep. Love it!!
