Dream Recorder Doubles As Secret Listening Device

This App is awesome and does exactly what it is designed to do. I got very good quality recordings of my voice reacting to experiences in the astral and dream realms. I have also found the app useful as a type of listening device for recording anyone coming into my bedroom when I'm not home. The screen can be off while it does its recording, and the app is a "dream recorder" do it looks inconspicuous if anyone does see it.

Records, doesn't play

It records OK, but when I try to play the recorded sounds within the program, I hear nothing. Yes, I've turned up the sound volume on my iPad. By transferring the sounds to my Mac, I can play them.

Nice ap. Works as described. Could do with a mass delete function. Limited ads which was nice. Maybe I do snore....

No playback in upgraded version

Used to love this app but the playback button no longer works in the new upgrade. Useless if I can't listen to the recordings.

3 Dec 2013 Update: tried it last night. Nothing. Sensitivity was set the same. Does NOT work anymore! This products worked good but if you have a fan, it will record uselessly throughout the night. You will have to go through each one. I also hear clicks 3 minutes apart (previous version). Unsure what that's about. I talk in my sleep. This was able to pick it up. Unfortunately they updated the app and it deleted all recordings with NO WARNING! How unfortunate! Pros: 1) records noises through the night 2) hilarious to hear self talk!!! Cons: 1) records unwanted noises, like fan pitches that are at the same pitch as you talking in your sleep. (Takes an hour to go through all files) 2) clicks every 3 minutes, though not all night, still very often 3) going through recordings to remove unwanted files relentless 4) app doesn't warn of recording loss before an update 5) new update didn't change poor structure, merely changed style (looks advertised) 6) no warning with delete, no option to have warning before delete. :-( 7) no longer works

Does not work on iPad 1

The newest version no longer works on the iPad 1 (iOS 5.1). Also, the upgrade apparently deleted all previous recordings from the old version. Talk about a fresh start. Time to look for a new app. Still does not work on the iPad 1 after this update. Too bad. The old version before the UI change was awesome.

Waste of time and money

Worked perfectly before the update. Really enjoyed using it! Update deleted all previous recordings, and now is charging to access new recordings, but it doesn't matter because I can't get it to record. Don't know if recordings prior to update are still there only now have to pay for them? Can't get it to record, have tried everything. After complaining to company they updated again, but I didn't see any changes. Had previously paid to avoid ads, but now ads come on all the time, even after downloading three and four times, and complaining to company. This is a waste of time, effort and money! Don't bother with it! I would give it a "0" if I could!
