Pressing "activate" and leaving your appliance on the table by your bed. The application will do the rest!
It is completely automated and will detect your sleep cycles, record you and depict your night as the curve of a graph, allowing you to define your sleep profile over time. So reading the graphs will allow you to analyse the different phases of your sleep, while listening to the recordings will allow you to understand what happens when you sleep.
Functions
- Recordings started by sound detection.
- Adjustable sound sensitivity settings
- Adjustable recording parameters
- Graph analysis of sleep
- Statistics about the period of time asleep
- Distribution by e-mail
- Downloading on iTunes
- Personalisation of your profile
You are advised to activate plane mode of your appliance to block calls and waves sent out during your sleep. Please note that you are not recommended to leave your appliance in your bed; it is safer to leave it on a bed-side table.
I like that u can choose how many things to record and the sensitivity. It works well and just records the noise when it happens. Just make sure to keep your phone plugged in
The app records everything I did even when on low sensitivity. It didn't seem to separate between sounds at all.
This app actually works. And works great. I have used it for the first time and I loved it so much because it was so funny what I was saying in my sleep :D I would like to donate some money
It's a good app and actually does work really well. However it's hard to sort through the recordings since the archives have basically no organization. Would be five stars if the archives were more organized.
I am very pleased with this app, however, since I got the 1.2.0 update, when I go to play back the recordings, it won't let them play through the external speaker. I can only hear them with headphones on. Other than that flaw, everything is great.
All it does is record static! Even when I test it out by speaking into it I only get static. I'm deleting it.
